Unfair Ban
Hello,
I just downloaded and started playing DBD two days ago, and have NEVER DC'd from a game...I don't even know HOW to DC from a game -- even if I wanted to. After almost every game, I'm getting the error code, "Rank Status Update" failed or whatever...can't remember the exact wording. Then, apparently the game disconnected me from a game and then claimed that I had DC'd...and now I have a ban. Sorry..but what is going on here? I've literally never played PS4 (or any video games) until DBD and its going to make me really upset if this continues and I end up getting penalized for whatever is going on on your server's end (I know it's not my internet connection -- I checked). PLEASE FIX.
