This kinda makes a point
Reading a thread about something i don't even remember, and a discussion about the perk discordance came up. The usual back and forth, bith sides being civil and having a nice discussion. Then i read this next quote,
"Stop being scared by the idea of a killer being able to see you, if you don't get outpositioned, there is nothing to be afraid of. And to never get outpositioned, you need to watch your surrounding." Authors use of bold on nothing.
And it's this attitude or thought process that sums up the problem with the game. Killers are not feared. They are not scary. And decent survivors don't feel threatened by them. In an asymmetrical game, one side should be more powerful than any individual member of the team with greater numbers. This is not the case.
Killers are laughed at. Many people who would play killer just don't because of how this game is now.
Playing killer feels like a job to many people. Not all but quite a few if not majority. A game is supposed to be fun and rewarding. But when your reward is the crap that some, not all, survivors pull after match, there really isn't a point.
