Poison Oak Leaves and Barbed Wire add-ons
Although not technically a bug, these add-ons also increase mending times for all triggers of the Deep Wound status effect (i.e. Borrowed Time and Styptic Agent). It seems against the spirit of the add-ons, which should only apply to The Deathslinger's ability.
