Insta-Heals Destroy Medkit. Is This Intentional With 3.6?

We all know that if you completely deplete a medkit you get to keep it.

Does this affect Anti-Hemorrhage Syringes or Syptic Agents?

Going by the patch notes, it seems as if we should be able to keep our depleted medkits if we've used the Syringe or Agents.

    The Agent/Syringe doesn't use charges, it depletes the medkit, they're two different things as far as I'm aware, it's supposed to remove the med-kit.

    That's what I'm saying, it depletes it.

    The word usage is wrong, it should clarify either "destroys" or "removes."

    Depletion is "using all charges."
