How to stop Decisive Strike from punishing killers who aren't tunneling
Give Decisive Strike 5 tokens. While hooked, remove 1 token for each unique gen the killer kicks; remove 3 tokens for each unique survivor the killer hooks; remove 1 token if the killer is more than 24m when the perk owner is unhooked; and remove 5 tokens if the killer opens an exit gate. After being unhooked, Decisive Strike activates as normal, but the timer is only 12 seconds for each remaining token.
