where's the new MM system?

hello? there's so much complaints about the new update (which was great in my opinion) that this post just drowns in there XD please, someone tell me where's the new MM system
I don't believe that they said it was coming out with this update. Last thing we were told is they implemented the "skill" tracking previously and were making sure it was working correctly. Unless I missed an additional update we haven't heard any news on the actual expected time of implementation.
Pretty sure they said something along the lines of next summer.. Forgot when that was mentionned though.
That wont come out until they "design it" which we dont really know how long that could take.
