    Nah, she isn’t a serial killer. She only killed everybody at the prom due to traumatic shock. She couldn’t control her power.

    Or how about Jack Torrance? He could have a shining power kind of like the Doctor, where the more he chases you the more you see ghosts like his wife did in the Overlook.

    Well, I mean Wraith only (knowingly) killed one person and that was only after he found out he was working for a corrupt boss. If he can be a Killer than Carrie sure can.
