Breakdown Buff
Rather simple suggestion. Since the next update will be sabotage-themed, with Saboteur being reworked and all that, I'd say they could also buff Jeff Johansen's perk, "Breakdown". Right now all it does is break the hook that you were hooked on, and this can only happen 2 times.
My idea is to make it so that this perk works like so: Not only when you are unhooked, but whenever you unhook someone, the hook in question breaks.
To make this balanced, there could be a cooldown or something.
Killer mains are probably going to hate me for this idea. Thoughts?
