Leatherface Buff + Addon Rework
Increase move speed while charging the saw to the same as billy when he charge's the saw
Hitting a breakable wall or pallet with the Saw no longer interrupts your chainsaw attack, but decelerates you instead.
Common Addons:
1) Chainsaw no longer instantly triggers dying state, more BP
2) Survivors hit by the chainsaw suffer from the hemorrhage status effect
3) Slightly Reduces the Chainsaw's cooldown
4) Slightly reduces the penalty for bumps
Uncommon:
1) Moderately Increase the acceleration of the Chainsaw Attack
2) Moderately increase the speed of the Chainsaw Attack
3) Moderately Increase the duration of the Chainsaw attack
4) Moderately Decrease the Chainsaw's charge time
5) Apply the Mangled Status Effect to survivors hit by the saw
Rare:
1) Considerably Increase the acceleration of the chainsaw attack
2) Considerably Increase the speed of the chainsaw attack
3) Considerably Increase the duration of the chainsaw attack
4) Apply the blindness status effect to survivors hit by the saw
5) Considerbly Decrease the Chainsaw's Charge time
Very Rare:
1) Tremendously Increase the acceleration of the chainsaw attack. Moderately reduce Duration
2) Tremendously Increase the Speed of the chainsaw Attack. Moderately reduce the duration
3) Tremendously Increase the Duration of the chainsaw Attack. Slightly reduce the speed and acceleration
4) Apply the Broken Status Effect and Reduce the repair speed of survivors hit by the saw
Ultra Rare:
1) The chainsaw can now only be heard from a very a close range, you are undetectable while revving the saw
2) Tremendously Increase the movement Speed while charging the chainsaw. Moderately Reduce the speed, acceleration, and duration.
The idea is that accerlation addons are ideal when going through a wall or pallet. Speed addons are ideal in the open, Duration addons are never superior to either but is also better than both addons in their weak scenarios.
Edit: Base Speed/Duration/Acceleration values may need tweaking, but I'm not exactly sure what exactly they would need. This would make such a huge difference that I'd really have to get a feel for it in action to know what further adjustments would be needed
