How to buff Legion (without making them OP)

  1. Rework the useless add-ons like Stab Wound Study
  2. Scratch marks are seen with Feral Frenzy
  3. Slightly increase the base duration and cooldown of Feral Frenzy so Legion isn't so add-on dependent to feel fluid with their Ability (Duration from 10 seconds to 12 seconds. Cooldown from 4 seconds to 3.5 seconds)

That's it. Hope it's not too crazy

    I genuinely feel like the devs hate Legion and regret implementing him for some reason. Idk why, I just get that vibe from how he's treated.

    100000% agree, but Legion is in a fairly decent spot now. Low B tier if I was feeling generous
