Penalized by involuntary disconnection

Hi,

Every day I'm being disconnected from games and being punished for that, I'm being banned from playing for 30 minutes. This mode of penalties is not being good.

To punish those who leave the game by their own choice is ok, but by disconnection for problems with servers or the player's connection is very unfair.

Games cant tell if you disconnected by your choice or not. Any game with dc penalty works the same way. The diffrence is optimization and how dbb sometimes screws up.
