Big Brain Trapper Buffs

Trapper is finally less lobotomized with the PTB changes. But I feel like there's always more the Trapper can improve upon.

Here's a few buffs I was thinking could be introduced, I wanted to know what you all think.

  • Make Tar Bottle and Logwood Dye do more than Darken traps

Dark traps are wonderful, but there are some maps where it actually hinders the Trapper, and it can make it appear more in a relatively brightly lit map that has little to no tall grass to hide it in.

What I was considering is having instead both better camouflage the traps on the ground its placed on. For example, Logwood Dye would, instead of moderately darkening traps, it would moderately adjust the trap's colorization to match the ground its on; if its placed on muddy or dark realms like Macmillan Estate or the Swamp, then if its placed on dark ground or dirt, it would adjust the hue moderately to look more like the spot its placed on. On maps like The Game, it could better represent the concrete grey on most of the areas. This will help it remain consistent and helpful on any map. Tar Bottle too can considerably increase this effect so that it not only shifts the hue but the brightness of the trap depending on the ground its placed on. This will lead traps more into being camouflaged, rather than darkened.

  • Give Trapper one extra trap by default

PLEASE! Trapper mains don't ask for much, but one additional trap would make the early game without bag perks just that much better and more tolerable, and makes the bag perks we already have that much stronger. Setup is already hard with Trapper and Hag, but at least Hag has all her traps on her. The Trapper has to pick up traps.

  • For the love of God, please change his Iridescent!

I've tried it multiple times. Its rarely ever useful. For those who don't know, his Iridescent addon makes it so every thirty seconds in the match, a trap that is not set (including disarmed traps) are automatically reset. This is terrible. Now that sabotaging traps are no longer a thing, it would seem a bit stronger, but a lot of the time, disarmed traps that are automatically reset are going to be predicted again by the Survivor disarming them. It really only helps if you're not moving your traps from their positions. It helps with management, but I don't think that's worthy of a pink. Maybe a purple.
