Overcharge and spy's from the shadows fix
Overcharge should allow gens to regress to -25%. Gens below 0% will smoke and not have the tremendous skillchecks. Gens will regress 2x as fast. Kicking a gen is now avalible at 0% and the skillcheck doesn't regress the gen by an extra percent (due to the double speed gen regression) but is instead just there if failed, to give awareness.
This would make it pair excellently with ruin at the start of the game, and also give it more of a genuine purpose as a gen regression perk, acting as a lower powered yet always active pop goes the weasel. If paired with pop, it could add an extra 20s to gens at the start of the match that haven't been worked on.
Spies from the shadows : when a crow is disturbed a survivor has 2s of aura reading enabled on them. This has a 4s cooldown and no notification, so as long as the survivor is in the killers frame of view it will give them awareness. The killer does not disturb crows.
