PWYF Inconsistency?

So shooting people with deathslingers gun doesnt count as a offensive action when doing stuff like smacking a survivor with FF does? That seems kinda weird. (Not that im complaining i always thought pwyf should only really go down if you hit with a basic attack)

    I don't know if it's an oversight or not, but if it isn't, my guess as to the logic behind the decision is that harpooning someone with the gun by itself doesn't deal any sort of damage, so it's technically not an attack. The damage/attack is caused by either a Survivor breaking free from the chain (which is their own action) or by the Killer straight-up going M1 after the Survivor is snared.

    These guys don't test their own game before releasing #########, how would they know/think about how perks can have synergy with killer powers.

    Back in Plague´s PTB her purge didn´t used to lose stacks of PWYF either. Pretty sure that it´s bug.
