Has anyone tested his ability with noed?

Like if you hook someone that won't be a one shot but if he reels them in close for a melee hit does that trigger noed? Since it's his power it could go either way. The pigs dash doesn't trigger noed anymore.

    The melee hit counts as a basic attack, meaning he can one hit. Devour Hope, Haunted Grounds, and NOED all work with him. Really hoping they don't change it.

    Works with Devour Hope on healthy survivors. I guess the chain doesn't really injure them until it breaks.
