Pulling on hooks - Question

My Bud has a question here (he complains alot) . Players that pull on the hook to purposefully die in the game. Are they breaking any official rules?

He plays killer and complains that people are doing this. I told him I didn't think this was reportable behavior. But wasn't certain!

    No, that's not against the rules and therefore not reportable.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "Pulling on the hook", if you mean the "Death by Hook" issue than no, it's not a reportable offence, the link to the Game Rules and Report System is above if your friend would like to confirm this answer.

    To clarify, the Death By Hook issue is when a Survivor intentionally dies by putting themselves into the sacrifices stages by attempting to "kobe" off the hook or unhook themselves, once they get into the 2nd stage they refuse to struggle and than die. This issue is still common, especially with the new DC Penalty system, but if it gets too big than i'm sure we'll see some development on it, if we haven't already behind the scenes.
