Let us get new items by "trading" in unwanted ones
It could be done from... let's call it "Sacrificial altar" (would be a tab leading to it from main menu). Basically it lets you to offer unwanted offerings, items and addons to get new ones. For example burning 8 common bp offerings will grant you a random rare bp offering: burning 6 common killer addons will give you a random uncommon addon - just some examples. It will function in a similar fashion as Borderlands TPS grinder
