The game servers will never improve will they...
So today, i was in a game vs a myres. The ping was perfectly fine for most of the game.. then suddenly... it happened.
I drop a pallet and myres decides to insta break it. Once the pallet is broken, both me AND the myres stand COMPLETELY STILL. He swings (without moving, since i flashlighted him) and he somehow hits me from a HUGE distance. I was standing more than a pallet-length away from myres, but he still hits me.
then when i was being carried to the hook, the myres was basically teleporting short distances.
The game servers are terrible, and i dont think BHVR will do anything about it anytime soon. But sure put the DC penalties into the game when the game and the game servers are in such a sorry state that something like this was even capable of happening.
Ok, im just venting about how bad the current state of the game/servers are. And for the record, the DC penalties would be a good thing, if it werent for the fact that survivors can just suicide on hook to get out of the game, and the fact that the game barely works.
I do hope that the devs can do something about this... but i highly doubt it... And to be fair, this level of server lag is pretty rare.
