Restore the DS percent for Non-obsession (small nerf)
DS is a very strong perk at higher ranks. If one person has it, then it protects the entire team because you don't know who else might have it. Additionally, 60 seconds is extremely strong.
A simple solution is to restore the Non-obsession chance to maybe something like 50/55/60%
This way it doesn't always (but still has a high chance) to activate. I think this would slow the game down a good amount for killers in higher ranks.
If not, then perhaps a simple, if you have DS, are hooked, and aren't the obsession, then you become the obsession when you are unhooked (this does not take priority over other obsession perks like furitive chase).
