Why so many posts about matchmaking?
Matchmaking isn't broken and the new one will only be similar to the current one so why are BHVR "fixing" it (again)?
BHVR will be sat on a ton of stats and only release what it wants to, so why do they talk about fixing matchmaking when we simply don't have enough killers and they must know it.
I used to play both killer and survivor but mainly survivor now.
Firstly it is more difficult it is to rank up as killer compared to survivor making it difficult for red rank survivors to find red rank killers.
Secondly the game is being nerfed on both sides but mainly towards killers, making it less fun for them and less fun means playing more as survivor or not playing the game at all.
Thirdly the killer lobbies are instant and introducing the new system will only delay the killers from finding a match which makes getting a game even slower for everyone.
BHVR entices players to play killer with dailies and the archives to introduce killers and ones you don't tend to use.
Simply, it doesn't matter what matchmaking system you put in place as if you don't have enough killers then you aren't going to find a match to play in.
BHVR should know this but I can only believe they can't make everyone happy so avoid answering questions and sharing this information in the hope we keep playing this game in the belief they will fix it with some matchmaking code rather than attempt to actually fix it.
