I got to red ranks as demogorgon and now i can never get more then a 1k i dont use perks cause all my bloodpoints go to survivor but since i started billy im getting 4ks and 3ks so please don't rework billys basekit just his add-ons

You are misunderstanding. Killers are reworked to fit the survivors' fun, not the killer's fun.
Eventually devs will nerf him. xD
