The short story of the game - What ranking isn't helping?

Looking at this game and watching Purple and Red ranks play:

What I see here, is a game where the killer resorts to camping because they feel as though they cannot get the 1-single satisfaction of hooking a survivor before their time is up in the trial. They just got ran around pallet loops, pallet'd, vaulted, mind-gamed and jungle-gym for most of the match. Then the killer just decides to CAMP the last survivor because they get nothing from the match.

IMO, No amount of changes to abilities, secondaries, perks or changing of loops are going to fix things. There are REALLY good players out there. Suddenly the game goes from the skill of the Killer, to now the skill of the survivor. Where the Killer becomes a "referee" and no longer what the game is about.

I could go over a major list here, of the perks. Compare it to what Depip squads CANT play against. Which 99% of the perks a Squad can EASILY play through. About everything there that would be good utility against mid-low tier ranks, is pretty much useless in the game. So the shifting of the game happens where perks are just background noise and plays come down to good killers and mechanical skill.

Really though, that should be what the game hinges in for skill? The thought should be exercised that high rank survivors should be challenged MORE. and in all fairness. Can we discuss thoughts on

"should this game have more generators as a player ranks up?"
