Idea
Behavior should get about 4 to 5 people from each console/pc. So 5 for xbox, 5 for PS, 5 for PC, 5 for Switch. Not mobile because im pretty sure its a different team. But they should ask what could be fixed and hold a group discussion.... just an idea

They already do work and testing with experienced pc players.
Getting 5 people would be silly when they can make a questionaire and post to everyone
