[Complaint] Trying to purchase from store
Hi, I know these forums are supposed to be more for the game but I don't know where else I'm supposed to turn. I made a purchase a few days ago for some store apparel from:
shop.deadbydaylight.com
So far you've only taken my money and I've received no form of confirmation email for my order. (I did get my paypal receipt however).
I used the contact form to follow up here:

Still no response in any way shape or form 2-3 days later. What does it take to get some communication from you guys! I'll need to do a chargeback through paypal if I don't get any form of confirmation that my order even exists - which I think is fair enough on my part.
