So this perk is underwhelming to say the least. And now that we have nemesis, then there really is no good reason to use this perk anymore. So i have to possible reworks for it.

  • The obsession has the oblivious status effect for as long as they are the obsession. Obsession still changes when someone unhooks the hooked obsession. Everytime you hook the obsession you gain 1 token. Every token increases your terror radius by 4 meters. To a maximum of 4 tokens.

This rework is a perk i would love to use. Not meta, but i love having the jumpscare factor in the game. And we need more perks that straight out punishes the obsession. Rancor is more or less the only perks that truly punishes the obsession in the end. And i want more like that :)

The token system can be removed if it becomes to powerfull.

  • Every 60 seconds the obsession sees the killers aura for 12 seconds and the killer sees the obsessions aura for 12 seconds. For every hooked survivor you gain 1 token. Every token decreases the amount of time the obsession sees the killers aura by 1 seond per token. When a survivor is unhooked the unhooker becomes the obsession.
