If you survive you should get a pip. If you kill 3 or 4 survivors, you should get a pip
As survivor, is ridiculous that after you actually survived, you get no rank progress or even lose progress. Is not the survivors fault that the killer did bad, and never found you, or never hooked anyone so you can get unhooking points. And come on, isn't surviving the main objective here? So if you do that, how come you get nothing.
Same for killers, is not the killers fault if survivors do bad, or DC, or let themselves die on first hook. So if getting 3 or 4 kills is considered a win. Why not get progress?

I don't agree you should pip, but you should at least safety.
No. You could escape without contributing anything to the match. You could hide in a locker the whole time and jump out in time to escape. That doesn't deserve a pip.
