Well base on the text, Surge should work with Ruin active right, and also HL could get a small boost on missed Skill checks maybe. Please let me know

Yes Surge does work with Post-Ruin, I don't know what HL is, could you clarify please?

Huntresses Lullaby only works when they're on the generator and fail skill-checks, Ruin doesn't really add anything to Huntresses Lullaby itself, but yes it does combo if you're wondering.
