Flashlights Seem Really Fast Now
Pretty much just the title. Flashlights seem almost too fast to react to now, on Xbox at least. The animation starts like normal but then full blindness kicks in immediately. I skimmed through the notes and didn't see anything there. Has anyone else noticed this?

Some flashlights are faster I think.
At first I thought it might have been just certain flashlights or add-ons, but it was that way with every flashlight I got hit with today.
A stealth buff maybe?
Seen this happening in the PTB on a stream, then in-game I noticed it as well.
Blinds almost instantly even though the light looks normal at first, I believe it must be a bug as well if you all noticed it too.
