I like Doctor's change but Ruin sucks
Doctor is definitely more interesting to play as and against. I'm glad they lowered the cooldown after shock therapy but I think Static Blast's cooldown needs to be decreased a bit. Ruin however is just a mess. As a Survivor, Ruin actually helped me learn how to hit great skillchecks more often so if anything it would help new players. it is basically just useless now...
