Make vault animations slower while intoxicated and give him an extra bottle/faster reload. That's it.

    By making him be able to hook survivors faster and apply hook pressure. It shouldn't be the case that only a survivor's vaulting speed is lowered.

    He needs a mobility or detection option otherwise he will remain low tier. Take freddy for example he was given mobility and anti-loop. Even doctor has detection, slowdown, and anti-loop. Anti-loop by itself doesn't cut it in dbd.

    I think a couple changes I would like to see are :

    -Gens in his gas start to regress

    -make the cork screw addon basekit( it's been awhile since I've played clown so I may have mistaken the name)

    -make the hindered status effect last longer .

    These changes wouldn't make him necessarily S tier but it would definitely put him in a better place than he is as of right now.

    Residual Exposure

    Every second a survivor is exposed to the Clowns Toxic fumes, their action speed is reduced by x%.

    Survivors periodically cough due to continued Exposure to the Toxic fumes revealing their location to the killer. Becomes more frequent with further exposure.

    Thats by far not enough, Clown is in chase really deadly and can pull of nice moves. He needs something to slow down gens or travel his fat ass faster around the map. Counterplay to good clowns is just early dropp pallets, so he has to destroy them unless its a unsave one. While this happenes 10 times for every single pallet in 1 chase until you finally catch him 3-5 gens are done.

    If plague and clown could corrode gen progress by hitting one with their powers it'd help a lot. Otherwiss maybe a seriousc buff to thed bottles that makes it so the gas is much more crippling
