Fun fact, currently on the PTB you can "snap tap" to get out of t3 without getting a single skill check. Please do something about this, it is really silly.

Please completely revert the snap out of it changes doctor already getting multiple other nerfs.
Snapping out of it being so easy ruins the pressure if doc and madness 2 not being permanent sucks so bad. Encourages doc to keep them madness 2 to not lose his illusion tracking and addons.
And plz lower the shock cooldown so he can deny unhooks still.
The current snap out is fine, however on the ptb currently its so easy and rewarding to do it you have to wonder just what the devs are thinking. at the very least it should not revert you to tier 1 madness like whoever decided that along with all the other nerfs to snap out of it is an idiot.
