Because they likely wont change their mind, and doing a poll would only have people saying: "wE SaId It wAs TrAsH, Y u No LisTeN???"
The bigger changes involve the Doctor Rework, so they might be taking priority on that one

I also think they never ask about perk changes. Could be wrong though
