Best perk builds for LF, and Nurse?

I've had some pretty decent builds, they've got me through pretty well, I've played the game for a Very long time, so I know my way around every perk, I'm just looking for some build suggestions! Thanks in advance!

My nurse build is BBQ, Sloppy Butcher, Make your Choice and Ruin.

Other good perks to run on nurse are NC, Monitor and Abuse, Tinkerer and Whispers.
