Comments: In short, my idea is that as long as there is at least one Dull Totem on the map, Hex Totems can't be cleansed. That would make Hex Totem viable in early game and reduce risks of having them destroyed right at the beginning of the match because of bad RNG. It would also give Survivors a kind of stronger incentive to hunt for totems and make match last longer.
Giving audio warning when all Dull Totems are cleansed would help both Killer and Survivors. For Killers, they would know that their Hex Totems are now vulnerable and could choose to defend them, especially if they managed to fully stack Huntress or Devour. For Survivors, it would give them information that all Dull Totems are gone and there is no need to look for the anymore. Currently, there are no perks that can give such information and it is something that only SWF have access to, so it would buff solo survivors the most.
