rework for the Hex Ruin....


- You cannot change Hex: Ruin without first change or balancing maps and tackle the problem for the speed repair.

- Killers use ruin to get a time extra not to win a emblem.

- It can be repair with ruin many people ignore it, some times survivors repair 5 generators in around 5-6 minutes with active ruin.

- The 80% killers use Ruin because it's a useful perk but not OP.

- The new Ruin is weak at the beginning the game and in the end it will destroyed so it will not be never useful.
