Suggestion: Legion Rework so his Power fits more his Trailer :)
Legion Rework (he still has his FF into Mending Pressure but its overall Power is decreased while adding the option to confuse Survivor in order to down them).
Rework in a Nutshell:
Legion can no longer 4 man Deep Wound Survivors over and over again (cuz hitting every survivor once with FF will trigger his new Power)(a 3 man Rotation is still a Option see Details below).
Legion can confuse Survivors by not knowing who is a Survivor and who is Legion (cuz all look like Legion) for a limited amount of Time. This should make some fun moments of Survivor running from other Surv and Surv working with Legion on a Gen :)

Long Version (dont take Numbers or Details too serious its just a overall suggestion..)
FF Hits will now collect a Token for each indiviual Survivor. Upon collecting all Four "We are Legion" Triggers for 60sec
While "We are Legion" is active FF will not proc Deep Wound! (so you must choose between em).
This also reduces his fun and interactive forever mending Gameplay.

Every Survivor looks like Legion.
Secondary Ability:
Legion can toogle between Killer / Survivor Stance
Legion moves like a real injured Survivor (4m/s) can perform same actions (except wasting Palettes ofc) as a Survivor
(like repairing a gen it just wont add progress to it) or fake selfcare with M2.
He has no TR and will not proc chase / redstain in Survivor Stance.
Notes and Concerns:
Perks like Bond will not show his aura as Survivor (This rewards Survivors for not running BT/DS and other meta Perk builds).
Can be countered by Legion using the Blind Addon.
And yes SWF can kinda counter this Power but lets be honest there is no fun with SWF anyway.
You can still let em mend forever.
He cant attack in Survivor Stance tho (he must switch back to his Killer Stance which takes 2 Seconds
and looks like his FF Fatigue Animation. You can decrease the Stance Switch Time by standing close to a survivor.
Down to a minimum of 1 sec. (oh and no sound while switching stance ... lookin at you pig).
