Will you ever add Bill to Xbox and PS4 and if you cant why not?

i play on xbox with bills perks but not bill because he is not aloud because why? im sure you have said because of the copyright and it requires permission from valve or someone but isnt there a way to ask them again? and if not what is the reason they have been giving you unless they just dont want to say. i understand if they are coming out with left 4 dead 3 but unless thats the reason i see no other reason why they wouldn't allow bill to be added to xbox or ps4. or if its because you already made his perks available to everyone on consoles but on pc you have to level him up with bloodpoints then make it to where everyone who has made an account on xbox or ps4 all ready have them unlocked but not bill leveled up and new players dont to fix the problem if their is one. i love new content as much as everyone else but bill would be new content to console

    They have said on a previous dev stream that "Bill lives on Steam" and will "never be on console". When they got the rights to use Bill, they got them for Steam/PC only.

    They even had to reword the text on his perks for console to abide by that agreement, IIRC.

    Although Bill does not appear as a playable survivor in the console version of the game, his perks are available to all survivors on the console versions, with all references to him in the icon artwork and description quotes removed.
    • For instance, the Unbreakable perk on the console versions features a man's face in a similar pose to that of Bill on the PC version. To remove any references to Bill, the man on the icon has no facial hair or hat on the console versions.

    i know but its still annoying. they should at least give console something that pc wont get to make up for it or you know just bring back legacy for pc and consoles for a few weeks what do you say? nope dangit i tried time to go get facecamped by a cannibal 4% off and dead hard so he misses his chainsaw then escape through the exit gate right next to me
