Leatherface should have a formal suit cosmetic
In the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre, leatherface has a more formal suit near the end. Around the scenes where the family is at the dinner table, he has some makeup on his mask and a black suit. This would make a perfect cosmetic item for leatherface, probably just as a face and torso, since I'm not sure if he uses a different sledgehammer.
For reference, here is an image of a figurine with the mentioned appearance: http://graveyardrecords.com/popup_image.php?pID=3988
