Bloodpoint refund for DLC killer offerings

If we have every killer, it would be nice to get some bloodpoints back for these pink offerings for the DLC killers that strip away all their perks. I have the killer, I'm not going to use this offering. Give me the 7k back please.

And also, once the killer is unlocked, it'd be nice if the offerings stopped showing up in the bloodweb altogether.

If the rituals can detect I don't have a certain survivor unlocked, why can't the bloodweb detect when I do have a killer unlocked?

    This SHOULD happen. I think it doesn't when you use the in-game store you buy them. Or its just random for some people that it doesn't activate.
