Skill check inconsistency

Am i the only one having an issue with how smooth skill checks are?

One game whey will be smooth as butter, and the next they will be choppy af and jump all over the place.

My framerate is set at 60 and doesn't budge so it is not tied to that.

    I always had problems with jumpy skillchecks. But then again, I have a bad PC, so maybe its just input delay.
