Well bub, I've got a surprise for you. Legion and Nurse have been changed and Doctor is next (:
Because of the massive uprising that would follow if they did it all at once. They are going piece by piece. Nurse is done and Doctor is next. Billy will get a charge mechanic, Bubba will tantrum after every chainsaw, and Pig's traps will only remove one health state.
It's coming, have patience.

After those changes finally the game will be balanced, like, bubba is too strong for this game
They've stated they'll be changing one killer at a time. Would be too drastic and too much work to change and balance too many killers at the same time. Also note they said they'd CHANGE killers, not rework them.
Slight tweaks
I know. But like there's alot of work on Legion to be done, some of them are just QoL
Those killer will still be OP
