    Yes. I’ve never had these but seen them in streamer vids.

    Currently they are special event items. Last time you could have gotten them was during the Third Year event.

    I actually like them as such exclusive Items, makes them special.

    Also, i don't like that there'd be 2 kinds of Items which do practically the same thing, but one's a 1-time insta and the other's neither.

    If they were to become standard, it'd be more fitting to turn Firecracker into an Add-on that you can slap onto your Flashlight, and when you press a different button while playing, you'll "consume" the Flashlight, dropping it and a Firecracker goes off.

    They are currently event exclusives.

    It's fine as an exclusive item. Also, if you really want to blind a Killer, you'll go for a flashlight. Firecracker is for the lols, one use only. You MAY make a save with it if played properly but the flashlight serves the same purpose and you have several chances thanks to the battery, so... yeah. You can also blind your teammates with the firecracker.
