Yes. Console fps is really bad sadly.
DBD on console is poorly optimized so it's common to have frame rate issues. Right now all we can do is wait for BHVR to fix it up.
It’s far-far worse if you’re playing Killer. Specific maps combined with bloodlust make it extremely frustrating and discouraging to play.
Console optimization was promised a long time ago, but has yet to materialize.
Playing on PC vs Console is comparable to playing two different games :(
