Whats with the middle gen not spawning on original maps sometimes?

it's happened to me on rancid abbatior groaning storehouse and torment creek

    Because those maps don't have a set rule that forces a generator to spawn there. Unlike the game for example, where a generator will always spawn in the bathroom.

    Only DLC maps have this feature.

    The macmillan maps have several gens that are always there.

    The one in the garage of auto heaven is always there too...

    It's not just the dlc maps
