I'm fairly dissapointed with the lack of action regarding Legion. Even without the statistics, one can surely see that a vast majority of the community believes him to be weak.

A good portion of them believe him to be extremely annoying to deal with as well, SURELY that is fixable. I still maintain hope that something will be done with the dumpster fire that is my main.

That being said, Doctor rework looks alright so far, thought I'd end on a positive.
