Spirit:

I can sometimes still hear her phasing sound even when im in her terror radius.

Though i havent seen a spirit in a few days, so this may have been patched out already.


Medkit:

This may require more testing, but i found a ranger medkit in a chest, and healed myself once. I didnt miss any skill checks.

Next Heal i was able to heal to 99.99999% then the kit ran out.

Same thing happened with a brown medkit one time, but again, this may require more testing.

Also on a side note, charge addons seem to be fixed, but BHVR fixing the addons may have broken the base item.
