Do Resilience and Spine Chill still affect vault speeds? Or unlocking the exit gate speed? I have seen mixed answers and was looking for something definitive, since the game itself doesn't say it does, but the wiki says both of them affect these speeds. Does anyone know for sure about these two speeds being affected?

    yes they do effect the vault speed and the exit gate ive used the perks recently and they do indeed work

    Although I will be honest the game and wiki often differ. In the game it says nolb activates after opening the exit gate while on the wiki it says once the exit gates are powered.
