End Game Collapse Not-Serious Thought

Warning: "Not-Serious" means i'm not wishing for it to be a reality.

A thought is just a thought. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I was thinking how awesome it would look if, rather than a countdown towards death, it would start forcing the end of the match right before all of our eyes.

What do i mean? Well, this...

The Entity will completely remove tiles from the map, covering said removed tiles in black fog to hide the ugliness & putting Entity Blockers all around them to prevent any access to it.

  • At 75% left, the Entity will completely remove 1 randomly chosen tile from the map.
  • At 50% left, the Entity will completely remove 2 randomly chosen tiles from the map.
  • At 25% left, the Entity will completely remove 3 randomly chosen tiles from the map.
  • At 0% left, well, the usual happens: Entity ran out of patience and just ends it with the Survivors' deaths.

Rules.

  • A tile that contains a player will not be removed, so no one can get locked up in a removed tile.
  • Players must always have access to all remaining tiles, so no one can get locked up in a tile that's not removed.
  • Tiles that contain the entrance to an Exit Gate can never be chosen to be removed.
  • Hex Totems, Bear Traps, left-behind Items, etc. in a tile that's chosen WILL be removed from the game if left there at the time that it's removed, disabling the related Hex & deleting the Bear Trap & Item + whatever Add-ons were on it.

There's probably more rules that could/should apply, but this is good for now.

Why do i like the sound of this? It's chaos.

End Game Collapse is, to me, a really nice addition, except that it feels more like an End Game Countdown rather than Collapse.

The visuals are nice, but it doesn't feel like the Entity's truly pushing them to get out, it just sets a time-limit.

With this, random chaos may happen.

End-note: Yes, this is still just a thought.

If they could ever put this in in a balanced way, great!

But i wouldn't be sad if it's not implemented.
