Coal Tower - Dropping Onto tracks

So i've just had a game on coal tower where the survivors were dropping from 2nd story onto of the large tracks just below, standing on there and healing, now i can down them without issue while they are up there, but I'm not sure how to actually get onto myself to pick them up. Every time i tried i just slipped off onto the floor instantly.

Whats the trick to getting onto of them as killer?
