Turn Monstrous Shrine into a meme perk just like No Mither (Game)
No mither is the survivor meme perk, but it at least has some benefit to using it.
Monstrous Shrine doesnt have any benefit.
So lets make it a meme perk on par with no mither.
My Idea:
All stuns you receive last 75% longer, but each time you are stunned, the entity progress of all hooked survivors are reduced by 15% of the maximum.
If Monstrous Shrine is equipped, all hooks on the map give off fiery particles so that all the survivors know that you have it. :)

I'd rather avoid trash perks as killer..there have been 3 in the last two patches alone
